Insurance Exemption for built-in furniture – NSW Government

(Under Clause 58 of Home Building Regulations 2014)

This exemption information sheet explains;

When you don’t need to take out insurance under the home building compensation scheme for contracts that are only for built-in furniture work (an any incidental electrical wiring work involved in the installation of lighting as part of the build-in furniture)
