This checklist aims to assist an employer in the
process of performance managing an employee. Performance management should be a
constructive process with a fair procedure. The checklist will help an employer
to collect the relevant information and evidence in relation to performance
issues. The checklist steps through what’s necessary in a performance
management situation, to collect relevant information and provide a
constructive and fair process.
Employees must be given 24 hours’ notice of a
