-          Identify and consider the problem

-          Meeting with your employee

-          Cerate your letter of warning

-          Provide the employee the letter of warning

**Please contact ACFA if you are considering a warning letter to ensure that procedural fairness is provided to your employee, which includes the requirement to provide at least 24 hours’ notice in writing of the meeting and the opportunity to provide a support person
