This Contract is only intended for Apprentices for Medium to Large Employers (15 or more employees) which includes a reference to contact outside of normal hours (Right to Disconnect) provisions
The contract is not recommended for part time or full time employees, as there are further provisions that need to be included in an agreement for these classifications.

Probation Period
Please check with your apprenticeship provider regarding the probation period as some states you can request to extend from 3 to 6 months. (With the exception of Victoria and ACT where there is no provision)

We deliver Certificate III in Cabinetmaking (MSF31113) which includes streams of “Furniture” and “Kitchens & Bathrooms” to suit your business needs. Our RTO has been running for over 20 years.
Your apprentice will have one-to-one training and assessment interaction with their qualified trainer visiting approximately every 8 weeks and providing ongoing mentoring and support from ACFA’s training team. A trainer is allocated to each student, who is available to contact at any time (during working hours). The trainer schedules their regular onsite visits where they conduct practical training and assessment with the apprentice/s.
