& Misconduct Policy
The Performance and
Misconduct Policy sets out the process to correct unacceptable performance or
conduct (other than in situations where summary dismissal is appropriate).
This Policy may be used as guidance for the process or manner in
which an employer may discipline an employee
because of their poor performance or inappropriate conduct in any circumstances
that can be connected to, or impact upon, the employer.
