The Performance and
Misconduct Policy sets out the process to ;
Disciplinary action by an employer may
be necessary in response to unsatisfactory performance or misconduct by an
employee. Disciplinary action covers counselling, warnings and termination of
employment.
This Policy may be used as guidance for the process or manner in
which an employer may discipline an
employee because of their poor performance or inappropriate conduct in any
circumstances that can be connected to, or impact upon, the employer.
