This Safe Work Australia document provides guidance to assist PCBUs understand their obligations under the WHS Regulations in relation to the engineered stone ban including;

- Engineered stone prohibition

- Notification of work with legacy engineered stone

- Control processing

- Exemptions for the prohibition on application

Each state WHS regulator will implement its own version of this guidance for use by PCBUs in its jurisdiction.
