Fair Work Fixed Term Contract Information Statement

Employers MUST give this document to ALL employees on a Fixed Term Contract.  

If your employee is employed on a Fixed Term Contract then you will need to provide them a copy of the Fixed Term Contract Information Statement.

Please note: 

** Casual Employees - If your employee is employed on a casual basis then you will also need to give them a copy of the "Casual Employment Information Statement" 

** Permanent Employees - If your employee is employed as a permanent employee then you will also need to give them a copy of the "Fair Work Information Statement"
