This Safe Work Australia Code of
Practice provides information on engineered stone and respirable silica,
including the role of designers, manufacturers, importers and suppliers. Most
importantly this code of practice provides specific duties for working with
engineered stone including how to manage and control risks, managing and
reviewing control measures, cleanup and disposal of silica dust and maintenance,
refurbishment and removal of engineered stone.
